A bridge provides connectivity between two or more CAN networks; cut-through bridges and switched bridges (Switch) are available. Each network segment can operate at different bus speed. Managed Switches are working according to CiA 456 – CANopen configurable network components

• TCS-10, SCS-10 and WCS-10 is a family of Switch products manufactured by the Finish TKE. The switch has five ports, one is used for configuration. The switch can be configured with CANopen SDO's and error handling is done in accordance to CANopen EMCY. The CAN Switch can be equipped with different types of connectors, such as M12 or D-SUB9. The CAN switch is also equipped with frame filters which can be set up individually for each bus.
